"Head of a Man" activity
1. Use a pencil to draw head.
2. Draw neck and shoulders.
3. Draw eyes that touch.
4. Using a ruler draw about 5 intersecting lines across the face that “jump” over the eyes.
5. Using a ruler draw about 2 or 3 lines in the body.
6. Draw the mouth which is just a simple rectangle with a horizontal line through it.
7. Use a black marker to trace all pencil lines.
8. All of the closed shapes are now colored in with oil pastels or crayons. The goal is to have lots of different colors without any of the same touching each other.
