Special Projects

Throughout the school year our class will be working on projects that reflects what they're learning.

We created our prototype for a birdhouse.

We learned how spiders move.  We created our own spider crawling to its prey.

We learned how seeds travel. We created spinner, rotocopter, and glider seeds.  We dispersed them and hope our seeds did not land in the Zone of Darkness.

Checking out our seeds in our Root Viewer.

We created our own clay pot.

Liam shared his artifact.  It is a toy that his great grandparents brought from Guatemala.  It is called a Trompo.

Glitter Monster Slime...

Collaboration between Second and Third graders in our computer lab.

The Culture Doll

We created a doll that represented our culture.
